For workplaces with six or more people working on any shift.

  • Bleeding, wounds and burns
  • Shock
  • Heart attack and stroke
  • Bone and joint injuries
  • Head and spinal injuries
  • Seizures, diabetes and other medical emergencies
  • Poisoning
  • Heat, cold and environmental emergencies
  • Additional assessment and emergency-response skills
